Our Training Philosophy The Knoxville Football Club was founded upon the concept of developing the whole player. What this means for our athletes is that we maximize the fun meter while emphasizing and providing the right mix of training and competition at every age and development level of our program. At every age, our athletes are prepared to compete with their peer group athletically, mentally, and strategically—and doing it all while exhibiting the best sportsmanship, best team work, and most importantly, having fun doing it.
Our Complete Club Experience We offer progressive skill training and development programs to accommodate player progression and development. Our programs are designed with the specific age group and maturity level in mind. Our athletes do not have to find another club to get that next level of training or skill development. It is a complete, progressive, all encompassing program to prepare our athletes within their program for the next level of training and skill development.
Our Coaching Staff Our coaching staff includes nationally licensed coaches with decades of coaching experience and real-life championship playing experience at all levels of the game. What this means for our athletes is that at every program level they are receiving the best advice and coaching available for that age group from coaches that know what is required to have fun while preparing for excellence.
Our Competitive Teams KnoxCrush teams win championships at every age level. What this means for our athletes is they get to experience competition at the highest level, preparing them for secondary school and collegiate program experience. We are the only club in East Tennessee with Region 3 Premier League Champions.
Our Facilities We have multiple, easily accessible, well-maintained facilities all over Knox County. What this means for our athletes is they will receive training on a professionally-maintained field that is most likely within a short drive from their home or school.

We are sponsored by UnderArmour and use their high-quality clothing and equipment for uniforms. What this means for our athletes is they are provided the best quality, best looking, professional uniforms and equipment in the sports arena. They fit and look good!
Our College Placement Assistance Program KnoxCrush Showcase teams get maximum exposure to college coaches and scouts by attending major showcase events. What this means is that our aspiring collegiate athletes are seen and recruited by NCAA coaches. This exposure combined with the quality of our skill development programs and coaching staff connections have resulted in over 45 of our Showcase athletes being placed with NCAA Division I, II, and III schools and receiving 4-year scholarship awards of over $1.5 million.
Our Dedicated Goalkeeping Development Program Our keepers are trained by nationally licensed coaches that have had considerable experience and success as keepers at the highest levels of the game. What this means for your athlete is if they elect to be a keeper they receive specialized training in addition to the normal field training. This also benefits all of our athletes as our competitive teams have better chance for success from having the goals manned by athletes trained specifically for that position.
