TOURNAMENT DATES:  August 17-19, 2018.  Only local teams (within 25 miles of Knoxville) will be assigned games on Friday evening.

THIS TOURNAMENT IS FOR

BOYS' TEAMS U9-19 AND

GIRLS TEAMS AGES U-14 AND BELOW. GIRLS "GAP" TEAMS THAT ARE A COMBINATION OF U14 AND U15 PLAYERS WILL ALSO BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE BRACKETED WITH THE U14/15 AGE GROUP. 

This tournament was previously a season-ending tournament in November, and we have moved the tournament dates to August to provide a tournament for teams to kickoff their season in East Tennessee.  East Tennessee is well situated between five other states, so we draw teams from different areas and can offer a variety of competition.

ALL TEAMS THAT REGISTER ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 4, 2018 AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR BY CHECK POST-MARKED BY AUGUST 4 WILL RECEIVE A $45 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT.  THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR PARKING, AND WE DO NOT REQUIRE "STAY TO PLAY" FOR HOTELS TO AVOID EXTRA EXPENSES FOR YOUR TEAM.  APPLICATION FEES ARE LIST UNDER THE "APPLY" TAB.

We offer one of the most team-friendly tournaments that you could possibly find.  We will allow game day registration so that coaches and managers don't have to travel any earlier than necessary.  We offer well-groomed fields that are correctly sized for age appropriate play.  Our fees are some of the most affordable registration fees available, and Knoxville has some of the most convenient and affordable lodging that you will find for a tournament.  WE WILL NOT SCHEDULE ANY GAMES BEFORE 9 A.M., AND IF YOUR TEAM IS TRAVELING ONE AND HALF HOURS OR LESS, WE WILL USE OUR BEST EFFORTS TO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST GAME ON SATURDAY BEFORE 10:00 A.M. SO THAT YOUR TEAM WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR FRIDAY NIGHT LODGING.  We also offer one of the most liberal refund policies for any tournament.  If we are forced to cancel the entire tournament due to weather, we will return your entire registration fee less a $50 processing fee to cover actual out-of-pocket costs that cannot be avoided.  Few tournaments guarantee such a refund.

For U12 and above, we will use brackets of 4 or 6 teams, with possibly multiple brackets in each age group depending on registration.  If a bracket of 4 is used, teams will play a round robin format of 3 games each, and the champion will be decided based upon points and other tiebreakers.  For brackets of 6, the teams will be divided into two sub-brackets of three for round-robin play, and after round-robin play, the first, second and third team from each sub-bracket will play a third game.   For age groups U11 and below, traditional tournament formats will be used with finals or points deciding the champion based upon the number of teams in a bracket.  At U12 and above, champions will receive t-shirts as prizes; there will not be prizes for finalists.  For U11 and below, champions and finalists will receive medals as prizes.
