The Knoxville Football Club is pleased to announce that it has appointed Fields Brown as its new Director of Coaching. Since August 2011, Fields has served the Crush community first as its Associate Director of Coaching and Academy Director, then as its Technical Director. With a Premier Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, Fields brings many years of soccer coaching and playing experience at the youth, collegiate, and semi-professional levels. Fields has already been a tremendous asset to the Club and will continue to be an asset in his new role as its Director of Coaching.

Rangers Finish Season Strong
The '96 Rangers were able to end the Fall season on a high note, finishing as Finalists at the Impact Premier Cup in Canton, GA. The boys went 3-1 on the weekend, and were able to solidify 2nd in the group of 5 with a 3-1 win over FC Alliance Red in the final game on Sunday. Many of these boys are Seniors, and have completed their time playing club soccer. We would like to thank them for their service to the club, and congratulations to all of the '96 Rangers on a fantastic end to the Fall season.
Crush Winter Training Program
The Knoxville Football Club is proud to announce its Winter Training Program for the 2013/14 season. After the success of last year’s program, we are excited to have this mixture of playing and training that we feel will best benefit all of our players. It will be a 6 week program,beginning December 9th, and taking off time around the Holiday season, yet allowing for our players to get the training they need over the off-season months.
It was an All Crush ’04 Chelsea Final this past weekend at the FC Alliance Southeast Academy Classic. Crush ’04 Chelsea Blue eventually won the final, beating ’04 Chelsea Orange in the Finals. Both teams had fantastic weekends, playing some quality soccer and going without a defeat.
Crush ’01 Juventus were the u13 Boys Champions of the Under Armour Boys Bash in the Boro Classic, winning without conceding a goal all weekend. Coach Enrique Paez’ boys were able to take a memorable weekend back home to Knoxville, beating the likes of Upper Cumberland Fury (2-0), Nashville Soccer Club United (1-0), Tennessee Soccer Club Nike (2-0), before beating Camp Forrest Football Club 1-0 in the Final. Congratulations to Coach Paez and the ’01 Juventus group on a fantastic weekend!
Crush '01 United Kroger Cup Champions
Crush ’01 United won the Kroger Cup in Roanoke, Virginia with an impressive weekend showing. The girls scored 22 goals, only allowed 1, and were able to bring home the Championship. Coached by Kable Nunnally, ’01 United has really been impressive in their first season. Congratulations to Coach Kable and Crush ’01 United!
Appalachian Fall Festival Champions - Crush Chelsea
The ’04 Chelsea Girls were able to bring home the Appalachian Fall Festival Championship, defeating the Greeneville Galaxy 5-4 in the final. After winning all three games in group play, the girls were able to come back from a 4-1 halftime deficit to bring home the Championship. Congratulations to Coach Mindy Hopkins and the Chelsea girls!
Crush Lyon Champions of the Appalachian Fall Festival
The Crush '00 Lyon girls were able to bring home the u14 Girls Championship from the Appalachian Fall Festival, defeating the Greeneville Galaxy 3-2 in penalties after it was 1-1 in regulation. Going undefeated on the weekend, Lyon met the Galaxy for the second time in two days (winning on Saturday), and the second time in the Finals in 2 weekends (where Lyon also won the final at CESA). The girls were able to put together some impressive soccer, and were deserving Champions. Congrats to Lyon!
Crush Newcastle Finalist at Appalachian Fall Festival
Crush Newcastle ’02 was a finalist in the Appalachian Fall Festival in Tri-Cities, TN this weekend. Through two very warm days at Domtar Park, Newcastle scored 17 goals and we are very proud of their effort. The final was a physical fast paced game tied 2-2 at the end of regulation. Newcastle lost 2-3 in extra time. Congratulations to Coach Morgan Gruenenfelder and Newcastle!
Crush Force Finalists at the Appalachian Fall Festival
Coach Amy Windley said, "I am so proud of Force and how well they played this weekend!This is a new team that has been together 2 months and they were finalist in a U13/14 bracket in their second tournament as a team!What an amazing group of young ladies they are." Please note that Lindsey Spoon is not pictured due to a major injury received in game 3.
Crush 00G Crossfire repeats as Secret City Invitational Tournament Champions
Crossfire defeated FC Alliance 00G Red 1-0 in the Championship Game, and earned wins over Blount United 00G Lady Hammers and Crush 00G Jabulani. Crossfire finished with 3 wins and 1 tie, and did not yield a goal for the entire tournament.
