Crush Rowdies to Compete in Division 3 State Tournament
The Rowdies will be playing in the D3 State tournament, which will be held in Hendersonville, on the weekend of May 18th and 19th. There are 9 teams at the U15 level, and the teams have been bracketed into groups of three. The Rowdies are bracketed with teams from the Camp Forest and Murfreesboro clubs. To advance to the semifinals on the second day of the tournament, the Rowdies will need to win their bracket or be the top second team based upon points among all three brackets. The Rowdies are familiar with both teams that they play in bracket play, having played both teams before. The Rowdies’ coach, Brian Clough, says that his team is excited about the tournament but knows that they have to play up to the best of their abilities to advance. We will provide updates on the Rowdies’ scores in the tournament on our Facebook page throughout the tournament. Best of luck to the Rowdies as they represent the Club in this important tournament.
Crush Sending 5 to Memphis
Crush is proud that 5 of its teams will be heading to Memphis for the State Tournament at Mike Rose Soccer Park on Memorial Day Weekend. ’97 Sevilla and ’00 Lyon will be representing Crush at the Division 1 State Tournament, with both teams finishing 4th and 5th, respectively, in their group. They will make the trip across the Volunteer state hoping to be peaking at the right time, and looking to make a run at the Championship. ’00 Crossfire and ’00 Gunners will be joining the ’99 Azzurri, who clinched the top spot in the East last weekend, in the Division 2 State Tournament. Crossfire will look to add to its impressive list of showing at tournament competitions this season, while the Gunners will look to bring their drive and competitive fire to the state level. Wish these teams luck as they prepare to bring some great memories and experience, and possibly a State Championship trophy, back from Memphis! Go Crush!
Crush Prepares for Tryouts
With the Knoxville Football Club Crush growing immensely at last year’s tryouts, and anticipating another big growth this tryout period, the club has begun to prepare for the upcoming tryouts at the end of this month.The club has already made changes in its coaching structure to prepare and handle its growing player base. Director of Coaching Scott Muir and the Crush Board have made some changes in the jobs and titles in the club to make the coaching structure efficient and smooth. With the club growing on a year by year basis, the change in structure will allow for Crush to meet its growing demand. [+]
Crush Night at Regal Stadium
Saturday, June 1st is the home opener for the Lady Force, which will be a double header with the Force. This game will also be "Crush Night" at Regal Stadium. The Lady Force and Force will play their first of four double headers at the University of Tennessee stadium, and will see our club be there loud and proud to support on our teams! Crush will provide players to walk out with the Force players, staff the ball kids, be able to provide half time entertainment, and show that our club not only supports the Force, but soccer in general in the Knoxville community. This will be a wonderful opportunity to show our face in the community, as well as be a great family atmosphere. You can also come out and support Fields as he Coaches the Lady Force to victory.
Crush Azzurri Secures First Place in Eastern Division

Crush's own U14 Girls, Azzurri, has finished first in the Division 2 State League-Eastern Division. Azzurri swept the division without conceding a goal, with wins over Chattanooga FC, FC Dallas, Clarksville Fusion and ERFC. Azzurri moves on to the State Tournament on Memorial Day weekend as the first seed out of the East.
Crush Crossfire Premier Cup Finalists
Competing in the top U13G division of the FC Alliance Premier Cup, Crossfire defeated Stones River Football Club 00G Lady Rapids 3-1, and battled TSC 2018 Select to a scoreless tie on Saturday. On Sunday morning, Crossfire advanced to the Championship Game on the heels of an impressive scoreless tie versus a powerful United FA 00G Red team from Cummings, GA. Although Crossfire suffered defeat in the Championship Game, Premier Cup proved to be yet another impressive tournament showing for Crossfire which has 16 wins, 6 ties, and only 3 losses in seven tournaments this year.
Registration Open for Crush Summer Soccer Academy
Crush is excited to operate its Academy program for the Summer. The Academy age is one that has much promise and potential for each party that is involved. For the player, the coach and the parent, the Academy age is one full of learning, development, and opportunity. Our Academy follows a training curriculum that is fun while promoting optimum player development. The goal of our program is make the player’s technical and tactical training competitive and challenging, while providing them the chance for success. Our Academy schedule is built around convenience and flexibility for our families. We will group our players into two groups – a beginning group that we call Little Kickers and our more advanced group, which we call our Junior Kickers. Crush Skills Sessions a Huge Success
Crush’s club-wide skills sessions on Wednesday evenings has been a huge success. It is nice to see so many players taking advantage of these additional training sessions.
Crush Rowdies Bash in the Boro Finalists
The Crush '98 Rowdies had continued success bringing in second at the Under Armour Cup in Murfreesboro. They tied TUSC 0-0 and gained a 6-0 win over Eagle Express to earn finalist honors for the weekend.
Crush 2013 Summer Camp Program
The Knoxville Football Club “Crush” is proud to announce its Summer Camp schedule. Building off of the success of last summer, the Crush look to offer more summer camp opportunities. These camps are aimed at providing great instruction, training, and a fun environment for the Crush players and the other youth soccer players of Knoxville. [+]
Crush Summer Saturday 3v3 League
Crush will be holding a 3v3 league that will take place each Saturday, beginning June 8th and ending July 20th (taking off July 6th). This will be a six week program that will look to provide a game format for our players looking to stay sharp and active during the off months. Similar to the format of our Winter 4v4 Futsal League, the Saturday 3v3 League will allow our players the competition, small sided atmosphere, and touches they need before the Fall arrives.
